Accountant (Fresh Graduate) - Competitive Salary - US Based Company

At Irvine Construction Cost Accounting, an America-based tax and accounting firm, we foster and train new graduates/fresh candidates to become full fledge general accountants. Our training system has been developed to take the information you learned from your university education and apply them in practical ways in the field of accounting. As part of our accounting team you will: - Learn how to work with American accounting practices and rules - Understand the US banking system to collect documents to aid our bookkeeping and accounting teams - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Reconcile transactions into accounting systems utilizing Best Practices of the accounting industry - Communicate with our clients, via email, to clarify transactions - and eventually learn advanced accounting principles to aid specialty industries in corporate America.

- Graduates majoring in Accounting - Finance, Economics from domestic and international universities. - Candidates with experience in financial accounting in domestic and international companies would take precedence. - Candidates with experience in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage would take precedence. - English proficiency is recommended as communicating with our American clients is required. - Female preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Great communication and interpersonal skills - Effective time management and organizational skills – Pride in the quality of your work ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Working Hours - Monday - Friday: 8:00AM- 5:15PM (Except for statutory holidays.) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Benefits - Salary: from 10 millions (net pay) - Evaluation every 3- 6 months - Overtime pay - Bonus - Supportive team/environment - Other allowances after completing the probationary period (13th-month salary, leave allowance, holiday allowance, partial support in insurance). - Party (Birthday, Christmas, New year, team building) - Computers provided
