JOB REQUIREMENT
· At least 5 years experience at the Pastry Chef level in Bakery chains / 5 star hotels / or similar level establishments in Foodservice Industry
· Must have the technical skill to be able to practically demonstrate to customers and sales team the dairy benefits in key applications of AFP Customer Business Type – Bakery, Pizza and Pasta, Beverage and QSR in a highly professional manner
· Proven creative ability - able to design, plan and produce cutting edge of 5 Star Hotel level desserts and pastry for buffet and display cabinets.
· Good communication skills and ability to coach and develop team members
· Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word applications.
· English fluently in communication and writing
