1. Establish and modify and improve production processes and technical conditions
2. Handle problems that arise in production, maintain stable production.
3. Improve production to achieve cost, yield, capacity, quality goals.
4. Make technical reports on arising problems, improvement topics and periodically report to superiors.
5. When entering to the company for work, the employees shall be signed the 60-days probation contract with the company. If the employees pass the probation time, the employees shall be signed the first 12-month definite labor contract with the company.
