- Product management including new product onboarding
- Continuously update the market, products, trends, and new technologies in the industry.
- Product performance analysis – report USPs, strengths & weaknesses, based on that, define the market size and create go-to-market strategy.
- Channel and sales training – design and deliver training programs to help the sales channels focus on how to sell the product, not how to use it. Produce briefing packs for sales teams, containing product USPs, etc.
- Work closely with content team/design/digital team to optimize general marketing plan to promote products to market.
- Manage MKT assets: display machine, machine free on loan, make sure the actual quantity matches the CRM system
- Event coordination if any.
