JOB OVERVIEW:
1. Study the market and propose sell-out program to align with sales network development and increase the engagement with outlets
2. Deploy the proposed programs at assigned regions to ensure the KPIs met
3. Understand RTM to support manager in market intelligent, design programs nationwide or region levels
JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Outlet or distribution development
- Study and design programs to engage with outlets, mechanics, shoppers with smart terms and conditions and tools
- Align with sales / marketing team to deploy the programs sufficiently with prompt evaluation and quick actions
2. Market information
- Monthly market visit for market update on product, price, competitors’ activities
- Market information analysis to understand the consumers / shopper insights
- Able to propose action and approved by managers
3. Trade marketing daily work
- Trade programs deployment at assigned regions
- Overall sell-out trade program evaluation for nationwide
- Make analysis monthly volume report of region/Distributor CAT/brand & raise key issue of region/Distributor/brand (both AO & CI)
4. Instore program
- Study new and innovative tools to maximise trade marketing investment to increase engagement with outlets, shoppers, and end-users
- Able to design programs to tools that Motul will invest in future (ex. DMS)
